What is The Build?

The Build is Lifeworks’ weekly fitness club. Through physical challenge, spiritual reflection, and real friendship, we’re becoming the kind of people who live with strength, purpose, and faith.

What to Expect

  • H.I.I.T. Workout

    20-minute high-intensity-interval-training workout that builds strength and stamina.

  • Weight Training

    Targeted exercises that challenge your body and build consistency using weights.

  • Discussion

    A short time of Scripture, discussion, and prayer — because building your life on Christ is the goal.

Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just getting started, The Build is for anyone hungry to grow — in fitness, in faith, and in community.
